FCE’s Scholastic Book Fair Safari will be held in the Library for all to explore. You and your child can visit the Book Fair Safari throughout the week before, during and after the school day. Kindergarten and 1st grade classes will be able to sign up for a special time at the book fair and parents are welcome too!

There will be two contests to add to the fun. Prizes include: books and posters. Enter both contests for your chance to win!

1. For K thru 2nd – A Coloring Contest. For 3rd thru 5th – A Savanah Animal Trivia – Contest sheets are available online at the PTSA website and the online Friday Folder, just download and print. Return entries (include your name, grade, and teacher) between Wed 10/29 and Wed 11/6 to the box in the library.
2. Guess the number of spiders in the bowl located in the Library display window. Your guess must be submitted by Thursday Nov. 6th. The winner(s) with the closest guess will be announced on Friday, Nov. 7th.

You can use cash, checks, or major credit cards at the book fair. For every 2 books you buy, you’ll take home a 3rd book (of equal or lesser value) FREE! Book Fair Gift Certificates are a great way for you to pre-purchase books for your child or teacher. Gift Certificate Order Forms on the PTSA web site. You can even specify “Scholarship” on the order form if you’d like to help ensure that all FCE’s children get a book.
