Promote your Business or Organization
in the CKMS and FCES 2008/2009 Student Directories

It's back to school time soon and we're already working on the 2008/2009 FCES Student Directory! This year we have partnered with Chief Kanim Middle School to bring additional publicity for your business.

  • At all levels, your ad will appear in both the FCES and CKMS Student Directories – extending your reach to over 650 area families – when you become a 2008/2009 directory sponsor! In addition, you will receive a window cling to proudly display that you “Go the Extra Mile” by directly supporting the student directories and enrichment programs at FCES and CKMS.
  • At the Platinum and Gold levels of support, your organization earns additional publicity on both the FCES and CKMS PTSA websites – key exposure in today's world.
  • This is a great way for you to promote your business or organization and publicly show your support for your school community!

  • Sponsorship applications and artwork are due by Friday, September 26.

Silver Sponsorship – $75

  • Six-per-page ad in both directories (4.2" wide × 2.4" high)
  • FCES/CKMS Go the Extra Mile Sponsor window cling

Gold Sponsorship – $150

  • Half page ad (4.2" wide × 7.5" high) in both directories
  • Your business/organization name and a link to your website on FCES & CKMS PTSA's websites
  • FCES/CKMS Go the Extra Mile Sponsor window cling

Platinum Sponsorship– $300

  • Full page ad (9" wide × 7.5" high) in both directories
  • Your business/organization name, logo, contact information, description, and link to your website on CKMS & FCES PTSA's websites. Platinum-level sponsors will get most prominent mention on the websites' Sponsorship pages.
  • Business coupon in the directory
  • FCES/CKMS Go the Extra Mile Sponsor window cling

Ad Artwork Information

  • Ads will be printed in black and white. Color ads will be converted to greyscale for best appearance and balance.
  • Supported ad file formats include PDF, TIFF, GIF, PNG, JPG and pretty much any other raster image format. I also can take Photoshop (CS2) or any Microsoft Office format. If you have a format not on this list, send me email and we'll work it out.
  • If you submit a raster image for your ad, here are resolution guidelines:
