Parent Play Days

Parent Play Days are a chance to connect with your student during their recess one Friday per month. It is a unique opportunity to see your child in their element and engage with the larger FCES community.



All parents will need to check-in at the office and then head directly out to the playground. Please do not visit classrooms, lunchroom, etc. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure you get the full 15 minutes with your child. Your child will meet you outside at their scheduled lunch recess time listed below. Once recess is over, please return to the office promptly for check-out. You may not join your child for lunch before their recess time.



All parents are required to complete a background check, which will be valid for two years. Complete the Volunteer Application and bring it with your Drivers' License to the office, or email both to Jennie Uhles prior to the first play day.



Please use the staff bathrooms located near the main office. Parents are not allowed to use the student bathrooms for safety reasons.

Younger siblings are welcome to attend, however they must stay with the parent at all times to ensure the safety of all.
