Students can elect to participate in a classroom-level Bee to qualify for the school-level Mini Bee (grades 1-2) and Spelling Bee (grades 3-5).
Classroom-level rounds typically take place in January, during the school day.
Top spellers will then move on to the final round. Families will be notified, by email, if their child advances to the school finals.
Interested participants must be able to attend in person at the scheduled dates/times.
Study Guides
Study lists will get sent home with all registered students. 1st and 2nd grade study guides should be used to prepare the for the Mini Bee written test. 3rd, 4th and 5th grade guides should be used to prepare for the Spelling Bee written test.
